Returns & Refunds
At Colony Coffee Co., we take pride in crafting small-batch coffee inspired by the enduring American spirit. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Coffee Products
Due to the consumable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns on opened coffee products. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly work with you toward a replacement or refund.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of any damaged items or packaging
Merchandise
Unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
