Shipping & Delivery
At Colony Coffee Co., we take pride in crafting and shipping small-batch coffee inspired by the enduring American spirit. Every order is prepared with care to ensure it arrives fresh and ready for the journey ahead.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase. During product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Coffee Freshness
To provide the best possible experience, many of our coffees are roasted in small batches shortly before shipment. This process may occasionally add a small amount of additional processing time, but helps ensure your coffee arrives at peak freshness.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Colony Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:
